Symptoms

 After migrating to Oracle 12c Database, some Instances produces a lot of Tracefiles in Trace Directory. 

<SID>_j000_4557.trc
<SID>_j001_4561.trm
<SID>_m000_4707.trm

 

Same content in most of the trace files:

 Upgrade or Migrate to 12c ( 12.1.0.2 )
