BDA V4.4 Node Reprovision Fails on Step 1 with "WARNING: POSTINSTALL_ROOT_PWD is empty" and/or "ERROR: Could not connect to host" (Doc ID 2143767.1)

Node 1 reprovision fails on Step 1 with errors like below:

2. The new Mammoth node i.e. new node with the Node 1 role can ping the node being reprovisioned.

3.  The new Mammoth node i.e. new node with the Node 1 role can ssh into  the node being reprovisioned.
