ODA Cannot SSH To ODA_BASE After Reboot (during Oakcli Patch 12.1.2.6.0 Infra Step) (Doc ID 2145837.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to apply patch 22328442 which is a place holder for OAK patch bundle 12.1.2.6.0 to our ODA test server the following error occurs when trying to SSH to the ODA_Base.


ERROR
-----------------------
ssh: connect to host oda1 port 22: Connection refused

Due to this issue, users cannot access the server.

 Applying the 12.1.2.6.0 patch bundle (infra)
