EM 12c: Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Self-service Portal Deletes a PDB service, but these Services are Still Registered in CRS (Doc ID 2167066.1)

The Self Service Portal for provisioning DbaaS (pluggable database, PDB) is able to successfully delete the PDB. Clusterware /CRS still shows a record of those services.

For Example

For <USER>, all PDBs  are removed from the Self Service Portal but they are showing in a CRS query:

crs_stat res –t

<STRING1>.<STRING2>

<STRING1>.service_<INSTANCE>.svc
