Symptoms
RAC one node not relocating to other node
oracle@node2 ]$ srvctl relocate database -d db-name -n node1
PRCD-1222 : Online relocation of database "db-name" failed but database was restored to its original state
PRCD-1129 : Failed to start instance instance_2 for database db-name
PRCR-1064 : Failed to start resource ora.db-name.db on node node1
CRS-5017: The resource action "ora.db-name.db start" encountered the following error:
ORA-01576: The instance node_2 is not enabled
. For details refer to "(:CLSN00107:)" in "/oracle/app/grid/11.2.0/log/node1/agent/crsd/oraagent_oracle/oraagent_oracle.log".
