OPATCHAUTO-72085 Combo OJVM apply with opatchauto (Doc ID 2172341.1)

Symptoms

While applying latest Combo OJVM PSU ,it was failing as one of patch components metadata set to false for rolling. 

com.oracle.glcm.patch.auto.OPatchAutoException: OPATCHAUTO-72085: Execution mode invalid.
OPATCHAUTO-72085: Cannot execute in rolling mode, as execution mode is set to non-rolling for some of the patches.
OPATCHAUTO-72085: Execute in non-rolling mode.
