ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in DISPATCH
ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
while in the alert log:
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate #### bytes (pga heap,kgh stack)
ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate #### bytes (PLS CGA hp,pdzgM64_New_Link)
are also reported.
