After upgrading a source (primary) database, the fast refresh of a distributed materialized view (mview) failed with these errors:

SELECT, CTAS, and CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW in another schema all worked when using the mview DDL and the same dblink; only the fast refresh failed.

Source (primary) database was upgraded.
