Symptoms

On : 11.2.2.2.0 version, Installation and Configuration

When attempting to install SES 11.2.2.2.0 using install mode - "Oracle SES along with the middle tier on an existing database", it failed at step 2 where we give
DB connect string details, the following error are seen at the installer

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install standalone DB for SES installation
2. Initialized SES installer and opted to chose - "Oracle SES along with the middle tier on an existing database"
3. At step 2 given existing DB details

DB Hostname: xxx
DB port: 1521
DB Service name: ORAXXX
DB Sys password: XXX
Search Schema Password :XXX
