Grid Infrastructure on Windows: How to Obtain an OS Trace (Doc ID 2180915.1)

Symptoms

After starting CRS, either after a reboot or manually with "crsctl start crs" ( or "crsctl start has" ) the output of

hangs or is very slow or stops at random steps of the startup.  Eg, the first few processes start but then the rest just remain in OFFLINE or STARTING.

 

The symptoms can vary from startup attempt to startup attempt even on the same machine.
