Symptoms

In Exadata 12C,  DBUA in RAC failed with ORA-0600 error. (Error can also be seen with DBCA)

DBW0 started with pid=18, OS id=394986
Starting background process LGWR
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome/log/diag/rdbms/dbua0111661/DBUA0111661/trace/DBUA0111661_lmd0_394916.trc (incident=121):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kjctin_msgq:3], [1], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
