Symptoms

The BDA 4.6 install fails on Step 9: InstallBDASoftware at Bigdatasql::Bigdatasqlsetup/Exec[addbigdatasq] when Oracle Big Data SQL is enabled. Output looks like below:

Increasing the timeout to 10,000 based on guidance from: BDA V4.1 Install of Multirack Cluster Fails at Step 9 with: Command exceeded timeout (Doc ID 1983937.1), does not resolve the issue.
