- Database hang or very slow performance with high contention on wait event 'row cache lock' in 12.1.0.2
- The High Contention on 'row cache objects' could be on Dictionary Cache for objects "dc_users" or "dc_tablespaces"
- Systemstate or Hanganalyze dumps show that the waiting process Call Stack Waits for the Waiting Process on "row cache lock" event:
