1) You are using either 11.2.0.4.0 or 12.1.0.2.0 version of oracle precompiler.

2) Compiling Pro*Cobol program using COMMON_PARSER=YES option and the code is using duplicate bind variable in SQL statement.

Changed the version of the client development software to either 11.2.0.4 or 12.1.0.2
