Symptoms
- The number of child cursors increased
- Queries with a large number of child cursors are using 'flashback query' i.e SQL text has clauses: "AS OF TIMESTAMP" or "AS OF SCN"
- V$SQL_SHARED_CURSOR shows FLASHBACK_CURSOR as the reason
