OBIEE 11g Report Based on TimesTen Data Sources not Giving Consistent Results

When running an OBIEE 126.96.36.199.160719 report with prompts (filtered values) against a TimesTen 188.8.131.52.17 data source, the data is inconsistent. The report includes calculations and the calculated values can vary in multiple report runs.
If the same report is run against an Oracle database table, the results are consistent each time the query is run.
