Symptoms
While removing Oracle Database Java Packages and/or JServer JAVA Virtual Machine which are in INVALID status fail with
ORA-00001 error is reported as a violation to the unique constraint SYS.I_OBJ1 or SYS.I_OBJ2. This issue may occur due to failed install-reinstall-uninstall sequence.
Changes
Attempting to remove JVM / Oracle Database Java Packages from 12c database. This issue may occur in lower database versions as well.
