1. Alert log error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kupfiReadLob()+3764] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x112D80EA0] [PC:0x10B85A494] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []

2. Trace file PL/SQL stack indicates DataPump related packages.
