Node Reprovision Fails with "The authenticity of host can't be established". (Doc ID 2212630.1)

Symptoms

After reimaging a "failed" node, node reprovision with "bdacli admin_cluster reprovision bdanode0x" may fail with errors like below.  The example below shows output when  reprovisioning Node 3 after reimage:
