Symptoms

Getting an enqueue contention 'enq: TM - contention' when executing this online dbms_redefinition in a table partitioned by REFERENCE.

This procedure works fine in stand alone, but when there is INSERT rows in the parent table, a lock is generated, and the new session remains waiting.

Sessions are waiting with event: "enq: TM - contention".

Changes

Using dbms_redefinition in a partition by REFERENCE table.
