Goal

 While reinstalling Grid Infrastructure software on Existing cluster/standalone grid node,  runInstaller can report following error message

NOTE: This DOC is valid for following Scenario only.

Grid Infrastructure home accidentally deleted AFTER FRESH/NEW GRID INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION.
