Add listener/ASM failing with CRS-2918 on cloned environment (Doc ID 2218524.1)

Symptoms

On a cloned environment,while adding listener it was failing with below errors.

/tmp>/opt/grid/12.1.0.2.PSUOCT2016/bin/srvctl add listener -l LISTENER -oraclehome /opt/grid/12.1.0.2.PSUOCT2016 -endpoints TCP:xxxx
PRCR-1006 : Failed to add resource ora.LISTENER.lsnr for LISTENER
PRCR-1071 : Failed to register or update resource ora.LISTENER.lsnr
CRS-2918: Authorization failure: operating system group 'wdba' does not exist on server 'xxxxxxxx'

 Source environment has mentioned OS group whereas target environment do not have that OS group.

Grid Home configuration information looks fine.
