Getting ORA-20333 When Using DBMS_WORKLOAD_CAPTURE.DELETE_FILTER

- The filter name exists in DBA_WORKLOAD_FILTERS and is marked as USED in the column DBA_WORKLOAD_FILTERS.STATUS.
- When executing the DBMS_WORKLOAD_CAPTURE.DELETE_FILTER('XXXXXXXXXX'); to delete the filter the error bellow is showed:
