Symptoms
- DBMS_STATS.GATHER_*_STATS API does not collect statistics for HASH Sub-Partitions when DEFAULT Granularity is used
- Sub-partitions level DML changes do not get refreshed/cleared in DBA_TAB_MODIFICATIONS view when statistics are collected for the tables with DEFAULT granularity
