Symptoms
You have created what appears to be an identical table but still getting:
alter table <TABLE NAME> exchange partition <PARTITION NAME> with table <EXCHANGE TABLE> WITHOUT VALIDATION;
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-14097: column type or size mismatch in ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE PARTITION
Same error with or without VALIDATION.
