Symptoms

1. Getting te following error in the database alert.log:

ORA-600 (arguments [qctbyt : bfc], [65532], [18446744073709551612], [1], [873], [1], [1], [0], [], [], [], []).

2. The NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS are set to CHAR.

3. The database has a multi-byte characterset (NLS_CHARACTERSET).

4. The error is received when trying to create/compile type.
