Symptoms

1. The following error is logged in the alert.log:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [msq_preprocess_frocol()+355] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x2F7E203] [SI_KERNEL(general_protection)] [],

2. This may happen when trying to execute a SQL statement having WITH clause. This SQL can come from an ETL job.

3. Main stack contains msq_preprocess_frocol, eg:
