Goal

We are developing a product that requires the use of sdoapi.jar and sdoutl.jar and would like to know if these files can be bundled and distributed with our software.

Can the jar files be redistributed with 3rd party software like standard java8 and the Oracle jdbc driver that are freely distributed can these two jar files also do the same?
