Running Scheduler Job Fails With Error ORA-06550, PLS-00103, ORA-06512 (Doc ID 2260263.1)

Symptoms

A scheduled task has stopped working after a database failed over to another node in an active/passive Windows cluster.

The schedule calls a stored proc, that when running manually completes with no issues. When it is run from the schedule it fails with the following message:
