Symptoms

In a working 12.2.0.1.0 Grid Infrastructure 2-node cluster environment with Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 12.1.0.2.0 installed, and while creating a database using Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) the following error is encountered:  "Recovery Manager Failed to Restore Datafiles"
