Symptoms
1) ASM instance automatically start on one node at the time, but it cannot automatically start on both nodes at the same time.
2) If the +ASM1 instance automatically started on node #1 then +ASM2 instance on node #2 can be only started thru SQL*Plus and vice versa.
3) An attempt to start the +ASM2 instance service on node #2 reports the next errors:
