Symptoms
When upgrade to 12.1.0.1, if PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET and PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT are not set, the PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT will be set to (120% * physical memory - sga_target).
If sum of SGA usage and PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT is larger than the amount of physical memory, swapping can be happen.
