Linux x86-64: 12.2 Clusterware Installation Fails with CLSGPNP_CRYPTO_INIT Error and NZ Error Code 29231 (Doc ID 2276180.1)

Symptoms

While installing 12.2.0.1 clusterware on Linux VM, accidentally GPnP related error happen and installation can not continue. Retry sometimes go forward, but mostly fails with GPnP error at different point.

Usually this happens while

- running root.sh - some clusterware daemon fails to start, daemon trace tells GPnP error
- configuring ASM - server process fails with GPnP error
