Pro*C/Pro*Cobol Fails with "Segmentation Fault" or "Illegal Instructions" in IBM AIX 7.2

Symptoms
1) You are using IBM AIX 7.2 platform with TL01 patch level.
2) Running any of oracle executable like "proc", "procob", "wrap", "adrci" etc fails with "Segmentation fault" or "Illegal Instructions" error with following call stack.
