Symptoms
ExportFS and HAVIP HANFS Resources Cannot Start in HANFS ACFS Cluster configuration due to the next errors:
1) "srvctl start exportfs" command failed with the CRS-2674 and CRS-2632 errors due to it cannot find any of the two cluster 'asmcloud20' or 'asmcloud21' nodes:
