Invalid DB Objects Found after Applying SES Bundle Patch

Symptoms
Installed SES 11.2.2.2 with DB 11.2.0.3 and Integrated with PSFT 8.53
After applying SES BP6 and overlay patches few DB invalid objects found and that ultimately resulting in the PeopleSoft round trip test failure.
Issue can be reproduced with these steps:
===========================
1. Install fresh SES instance
2. Apply BP5 and BP6
3. Upgrade DB to 12c
4. Apply BP6 overlay patches and then BP6+ patch.
After this while checking can see invalid objects

SEARCH_ESS PACKAGE BODY ESSI_SQLNOTIFY INVALID
SEARCHSYS PACKAGE BODY EQ_CRW INVALID
Trying to recompile fails with the error "PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'RESPONSE_MSG_TYPE' "
