Goal

We are attempting to set up Mutual (2-way) SSL Authentication from 11gR2 Database to support a Web Service call from the Database.

We have an Oracle Enterprise DB (supporting an application) and there is a need to make a call to a remote server
via a Web Service call using the utl_http package and it is working fine. Security requirements are forcing us to
look into and move in the direction of setting up Mutual (2-way) SSL Authentication (between our DB and the other
host) which means that we would need to exchange certificates (for authentication) between the two communication
hosts (one of which is our Oracle DB server).
