Symptoms

ORA-59711 reported in below two different situations.

Case 1:Repeated entries of ORA-59711 from ASM instance after OCR import in 12.2 Grid Infrastructure

Errors in file /u01/oracle/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM2/trace/+ASM2_ufg_23401_+ASM2_+ASM.trc:
ORA-59711: The site identified by GUID 'fae5d65676e24f44ff821d3e5dbd5b44' does not exist.

Errors in file /u01/oracle/diag/asm/+asm/+ASM2/trace/+ASM2_asmb_23397.trc:
ORA-59711: The site identified by GUID 'fae5d65676e24f44ff821d3e5dbd5b44' does not exist.

Case 2: Below error appear when add new disk to diskgroup in extended cluster configuration.
