Symptoms
On a RedHat (RHEL 7.3 kernel 3.10.0-514.21.1) cluster running 12.1.0.2 Oracle Grid Infrastructure, OHASD is suddenly not starting after server reboot or even manually
Only /etc/init.d/init.ohasd run is running. Even if you attempt to start using crsctl start HAS/crs manually. Additionally, no Oracle Clusterware logs are updated.
