Goal

To show how to capture the user name for CREATE DATABASE LINK statement. Generally the ORA_DICT_OBJ_OWNER will give the name of the user for the DDL statement but it is not capturing the name only for CREATE DATABASE LINK statement. For example, when the below code is run, it is not showing the user name for create database link DDL.
