After BDA V4.10 Upgrade the Spark 2 Cluster Verification Fails (Doc ID 2326176.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to BDA V4.10, the Spark 2 cluster verification may fail 1) After upgrade in the final cluster verification phase, 2) When running the cluster verification with "./mammoth -c", or when running the test standalone via How to Run the Oracle Spark 2 Cluster Verification Test Standalone on the BDA (Doc ID 2326182.1).

The Spark 2 cluster verification fails with an Exception as below:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.hadoop.fs.FSDataInputStream
at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:381)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:424)
at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:335)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:357)

Additional Symptoms are:

1. When this happens invoking the spark2-shell may also fail with output like below: 

2. Further investigation shows:

a) Running the Spark 2 cluster verification standalone on some nodes succeeds.
b) On those same nodes, is it possible to invoke the spark2-shell.
