Symptoms
In 12.1.0.2, after applying <Patch 21554480> (a merge of multiple Data Pump performance fixes), Data Pump Export (expdp) completes in, say, 13 minutes. However, after upgrading to 12.2.0.1, the same expdp takes >2 hours to complete.
(Note: All fixes in <Patch 21554480> are included in 12.2.)
