Mammoth upgrade fails on Step 6, the step to upgrade MySQL, when upgrading from a BDA V4.4-V4.7 with MySQL database MySQL Database SE 5.6 to BDA V4.8 or higher with MySQL MySQL Database 5.7 MySQL Enterprise Server - Advanced Edition (Commercial).

1. The upgrade fails when Mammoth is upgrading the MySQL database with "/usr/bin/mysql_upgrade -uroot -p'<MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD>' --force".  The failure output looks like:
