Slow ADRCI Execution When Purging Files After Upgrade to 12.2 (Doc ID 2335738.1)

Symptoms

Slow ADRCI purge execution is seen after upgrade to 12.2, when there are a lot of files to be purged.

As one can be seen from the strace output collected for the adrci purge command,  the DFW_PURGE_ITEM.ams file is being used:
