SES Crawling Fails With "ORA-1403: no data found error" After Applying BP7 Patch (Doc ID 2347048.1)

After applying SES BP7 patch, all Search Definition processes are going to NO-Success and in the Crawler log it says,

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: Oracle Secure Enterprise Search error
