Symptoms

A query with an OR clause fails with one of the following errors:

     ORA-7445[qctcpqbl]

     ORA-7445[qctsvcti]

     ORA-7445[qctcopn_internal]

     ORA-7445[qctcopn]

 

The Call Stack Trace in the associated incident trace file shows an infinite recursion:
