Goal

Under exceptional circumstances Oracle development might ask that the Oracle fence driver on Windows be traced.  This document explains the steps required for this.

Note that this is only of value if encountering a bugcheck of type 0x0000FFFE. For any other type of bugcheck you will need to use other methods.
