Symptoms

Calling a PL/SQL function that returns a record type with CLOB element, from client side PL/SQL tools like Oracle Forms fails with ORA-01013 error. For example, Oracle Forms will fail when it calls below PL/SQL function.

Replace the credentials as applicable.
