Symptoms
There are 2 types of disks in the Windows 2012 Server.
300 GB SAS HD (sector size 512B) Windows drive C:
600 GB SAS HD (native sector size 4k) Windows drive D:
Oracle DB 12.2.0.1 is installed on drive D:. However creating database with dbca failed when running postDBCreation.sql script
