Symptoms
DBMS_DEBUG does not show parent objects values when referred inside child procedure.
It can be demonstrated with the help of below example
Debugging above code (Using DBMS_DEBUG: Simple Example (<Doc ID 140029.1>)), shows Null for parent objects (rAllObjects and test_var).
